This is our asset-based financing solution designed to enable individuals and households to access and use essential consumer assets—such as cars, motorcycles, electronics, home appliances, furniture, and other durable goods—through affordable periodic lease payments rather than an outright purchase.
Under the arrangement, cypress acquires and owns the asset and make it available to the customer for an agreed lease period. The customer pays an agreed monthly or periodic rental for the right to use the asset. At the end of the lease, the customer may, depending on the product lease type (finance or operating lease), return the asset, renew the lease, or exercise an agreed purchase/transfer option.
Auto Lease
This is our asset-based financing and mobility solution that enables individuals, professionals and businesses to access and use vehicles without the need to purchase the vehicle outright or provide the full acquisition cost upfront.
Under the arrangement, cypress acquires and retains ownership of the vehicle and leases it to the customer for an agreed period in exchange for fixed periodic lease rentals.
The customer obtains the right to use the vehicle while cypress retains legal ownership and manages the asset throughout the lease term.
The product can cover cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, vans, buses and other approved vehicles, depending on the customer's personal or business requirements.
Our Auto Lease can be structured as an operating lease, particularly where the customer primarily wants access to the vehicle rather than ownership.
Depending on the product design, the lease rental may incorporate services such as vehicle insurance, routine maintenance, servicing, roadside assistance, vehicle tracking and registration support, providing the customer with a convenient and predictable mobility solution.
At the end of the lease period, the customer may, subject to the agreed contractual terms, return the vehicle, renew the lease, upgrade to another vehicle or exercise a purchase option where applicable.
